The Old English word for’health’ was simply hale, meaning’wholeness’ or being whole, sound, also. Today, most people today recognize Health can be split into two broad aspects:

Physical Health and Mental Health.

Physical Health or physical well-being simply means great body health that’s healthy because of routine physical activity (exercise), excellent nutrition, and adequate rest.
